Basic Needs Basic Rights Kenya and CBM Global in collaboration with the Kilifi County Department of Health conducted a mental health outreach clinic in Magarini Sub County as part of efforts to increase access to services for persons with psychosocial, intellectual and cognitive disabilities, who are often underserved due to their inability to afford the costs of transportation to health facilities.
