Basic Needs Basic Rights Kenya and CBM Global joined other stakeholders in Kilifi County, led by the Kilifi County Department of Health, to commemorate the World Suicide Prevention Day 2024 which is marked annually on September 10. This year’s theme was “Changing the Narrative on Suicide” with the call to action “Start the Conversation“. This theme aimed to raise awareness about the importance of reducing stigma and encouraging open conversations to prevent suicides.
